All vendors selling to these corporations are subject to charge-backs, fines or penalties due to “Non-Compliance” of any of the Logistics issues mentioned above. Sometimes retail companies do not “formally” receive your shipments before a cancellation date. Although the shipment is at their location, your customer may not yet have unloaded the trailer.
